Thank you SO much for your interest in booking our beautiful oceanfront condo in the fabulous Florida Keys! Here are just a few important items we wanted to communicate!
- Rates are for a maximum of four (4) persons including infants.
- A list of the rules, regulations, and a rental agreement will be sent to prospective tenants to sign. The owner does reserve the right to cancel reservation if rental agreement is not signed and sent back.
- Our HOA does not allow pets, boats or trailers.
- Our condo has a minimum booking of 7 nights according to our city of Key Colony Beach, Florida.
- No smoking
